One balmy
evening in May 2006 Teo bowled into my life! I was immediately captivated
by his wit and intelligence - not to mention his charm and the twinkle in his
eye. Teo was re-visiting Southern Spain, the beloved land of his
childhood. Soon we had concocted a wonderful plan! Once a week we
would take a day out of our usual routines to go on a road trip and explore the
lesser-known treasures of Andalucia. Teo would meticulously research each
journey and find an amazing eatery where we would stop for lunch. Roof
down, music playing we would set off full of anticipation - it always a
fun-filled adventure! I remember that time with great fondness.
